One to one or with your invited friends

Classes will be held in your own kitchen. Nobody knows your kitchen better than you. Here I can teach and guide you to prepare anything your imagination and creativity allows. I have listed below just a few examples from a range of fantastic dishes, which are easy to prepare, freeze or reheat. Or, if you have your own creative ideas, please share them with me and we can cook them together.

I'll also introduce you to the wonderful magic of plating dishes; this skill alone will enable you to elevate the presentation of any dish into something special.
